Wadowice Tour

Wadowice is a small city in terms of area and population but certainly special because it is the birthplace of the most famous Pole, Pope John Paul II. His real name was Karol Wojtyla and he was born on May 18, 1920. Here he grew up, went to school and lived the greatest tragedies of his life - the death of his mother and brother Edmund, and here finally matured in him the decision to choose the path of life. He decided to join the seminar and from then bound his lifeto Krakow, what later led him to the St. Peter's throne in Rome. To commemorate the great Pole a small museum was created. It houses a collection of the Wojtyla family's memorabilia. The parish church of the Virgin Mary's Offertory where John Paul II was baptized is worth visiting too.

Our driver will pick you up from the hotel, apartment or any other place suitable for you straight to Wadowice. We will be waiting for you next to Wadowice as long as you wish. After seeing Wadowice our driver will take you back to Krakow, wherever you wish.
